Chef Tiffany Sawyer's well-regarded restaurant (in the Celebration Hotel) offers a good selection of contemporary dishes. Selections include sea bass with sweet potato grits and fried leeks and a New York strip that comes with roasted red potatoes and orange-glazed carrots. Vegetarians might consider the grilled Portobello mushroom with roasted red-pepper coulis over wild mushroom risotto. Sunday's champagne brunch features smoked salmon, omelets, breakfast meats, pancakes, Belgian waffles, and fresh fruit. The plantation-style dining room is cheerful, and there's also al fresco seating on a brick patio.
