Review
This stylish 2001 arrival has wonderful abstract artwork, as well as
an enterprising menu that's a cut above many hotel restaurants. Although
it caters to a business crowd, it offers an intimate adult atmosphere
that's fine for travelers looking for a meal north of the main tourist
meccas. Again, the menu changes with the wind, but it might feature peppercorn-seared
breast of duck with grilled polenta, roasted Chilean sea bass with sweet
corn custard and tomato ceviche, or venison chops with root vegetables
and baked yams. The Boheme has a 2,000-bottle wine cellar with vintages
from all over the world. The restaurant also has a Sunday jazz brunch
(smoked salmon and other seafood, sushi, game, and chicken). |
