You'll love the lakefront view and the mood inside this restaurant, which evokes the atmosphere of a Mediterranean villa. But the kitchen creations are what pack people in. Enzo Perlini offers a menu from and beyond his native Rome. For the pasta course, try penne soaked in tomato sauce and cream (then given a kick with vodka-injected peppers) or fettuccine with lobster and shrimp in a light saffron salsa. I also recommend sogliola al limone (Dover sole sautéed in olive oil and lemon) and abbacchio del ducca (rack of lamb baked with shiitake mushrooms and herbs in a lightly spicy sauce). Enzo's dining room has a view of sculpted gardens and sunsets on Lake Fairy. In addition to the main dining room, there are a limited number of seats on a patio overlooking the lake. The menu is complemented by a good wine list, and the bar stocks most of the grappas on planet Earth.
