Complex
Orlando resort provides perfect conditions for the
fastest growing watersport - wakeboarding. The
weather in Florida allows to practice all year around,
most time without a wetsuit. In some months the water
can be even too warm!
There are more than 300 lakes in Orlando area, so you
can find a lot of opportunities to ride. But, perhaps,
the best choice is the Orlando Watersports Complex.
It is a special watersports park designed for wakeboarding
and waterskiing. You can ride on one of three lakes,
use the cableway and the sliders.
Watersports Complex's staff will help everybody, from
beginner to advanced, with some tips. You can get an
instruction of any level (beginner lessons are
done primarily on the cable). It's possible to rent
a board (but you must bring your own board to hit
the sliders).
The Cablesite of Orlando Watersports Complex
can be used for slalom skiing, knee boarding, wakeboarding,
trick skiing , jumping or just skiing with 2 skis. The
cable is normally run at 18 mph, to accommodate
beginners. The speed control system allows for accurate
speed selections from 5 mph up to 36 mph. Slalom
skiers of all skill levels can enjoy the benefits
of this super training facility. |
