entertainments and educational attractions. It was conceived
by Walt Disney to "take its cue from the new ideas and
new technologies that are now emerging from the creative

Epcot
is divided into two themed parks: Future
World, filled with attractions that highlight
technology, science and ecology, and World
Showcase, where 11 countries complete with traditional
architecture, cuisine, shopping and entertainment are
represented. |

World Spaceship Earth
The glistering 180-foot-tall geosphere of Spaceship
Earth has become Epcot's symbol. Here guests can make
an exciting journey through the history of communications
-"from the dawn of recorded time to the 21st century's
New Global Neighborhood". |
Living
with the Land
The land is the largest pavilion in Future World.
It is dedicated to food and farming and serves both
as a theme park attraction and a science experiment
in agriculture and hydroponics. |

Seas
Here guests can explore an amazing coral reef environment
with its dolphins, sharks, manatees and thousands
of tropical fish, join marine mammal researchers and
discover how the resources of the sea hold answers
to our past and keys to our future. |
Test
Truck
At this attractions visitors can experience how cars
are tested. Riding in six-seaters cars, they go through
ten different vehicle tests, including tests for heat
and cold resistance, brake system tests, hill and
curve maneuverability. |
| The Circle
of Life
A delightful film that combines animation, live action
and children's favorite "Lion King" characters.
Honey, I Shrunk the Audience
One of the most popular attractions at Epcot is a
3D movie, "Honey, I Shrunk the Audience". it shows
a montage of photographs extolling the virtues of
Imagination. There are some terrific special effects
here using fiber optics, smoke, lights and moving
seats. |
